Refund Policy
We kindly request your careful consideration before placing an order, as all items are non-cancellable and non-returnable once the payment is made. Your support is greatly appreciated, and we sincerely ask for your understanding.
Please arrange to collect your order within three months after being notified for pick-up at the store. Failure to do so will be regarded as abandonment, and no advance notice will be provided.
Refund Arrangements:
- Cash refunds are not available.
- Refunds are not provided for delays in supplier shipment or delivery.
- In the event of stock unavailability or other issues resulting in unsuccessful order fulfillment, customers may choose to wait for the next batch of goods or receive a full refund in the form of store credits.
Return Arrangements:
If any issues are discovered upon receipt of the goods, customers may request an exchange within three days. No returns or exchanges will be accepted beyond this time frame, regardless of the reason.
Procedure:
1. Notify us via WhatsApp.
2. Safely seal the item along with all packaging (including boxes and accessories).
3. Choose to return the item in person at the store or arrange for a courier pick-up via SF Express.
Eligible for Returns/Exchanges:
1) Items received that do not match the ordered products or have been damaged.
Not Eligible for Returns/Exchanges:
1) Items without packaging boxes or with missing contents (all accessories and packaging must be returned intact).
2) Items returned due to personal reasons, such as wrong purchases or personal preferences.
3) Damaged items resulting from customer use.
4) Items returned after seven days or more from receipt.
5) Goods damaged during the transportation process.
Shipping Fees and Time for Returns/Exchanges:
1) Damaged items or items that do not match: You must take photos of the relevant products and inform our customer service. Once confirmed, we will arrange SF Express on a cash-on-delivery basis or proceed with the exchange at the store. If you send the item before our confirmation, we reserve the right to reject and return the item to the customer. The shipping fees incurred will be the responsibility of the customer. Silk Deluxe retains the right to modify the terms and conditions of all exchange policies without prior notice and reserves the right to refuse exchanges. In the event of any disputes, Hair King retains the final decision-making authority.
